Shipping Costs
Delivery of orders over €50 to Malta are free of charge. Orders below €49.99 carry a delivery charge of €3.50. For shipping rates outside Malta, please refer to your delivery charges shown in your cart during checkout.
Every order will be dispatched on the next business day. Customers will be informed by email upon dispatch.
We ship worldwide to retail and export customers. For consumer orders, international shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Estimated delivery times:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
Export & Wholesale
Customer Export and distributor orders are shipped Ex Works (EXW), Malta — the buyer arranges and covers freight, insurance, and customs clearance from our facility onward. All export shipments include a commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin where required. Payment Methods
Customers in Malta and Gozo can choose to pay upon delivery (cash or cheque) or online. Customers outside Malta and Gozo shall pay all orders online using our online payment gateway.
Export & wholesale clients: Orders are payable by bank transfer. Payment terms — please contact our export team to confirm terms for your account.
Cancellation
Only products available in stock can be added to the cart. In case of unavailability of the ordered product due to an error of stock, the customer will be informed immediately. The customer can either opt for a refund or a replacement of a product of the same price.
Return & Exchange Policy
If products received are defective or do not comply with the order, customers must notify Leap Nutrition™ within 2 (two) days of receiving the order. Please contact Leap Nutrition™ on: info@leap-nutrition.com.
Leap Nutrition™ will only accept products that are intact, and in their original condition and packaging. Products opened, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged. Returns should be delivered by the customer to the following address:
